National Cadet Corps belonging to No.12 Battalion (Tamil Nadu) Army wing ( 6 /12 TN(BN)NCC) has been functioning with a total strength of 50 NCC cadets with one NCC officer in this college. The college has two NSS units with a combined strength of 225 NSS volunteers and two NSS Programmes Officers. Under this unit, regular and special camps are conducted routinely. To improve the skill of students in Tamil literature, Tamil Mandram is functioning in this Institute. For the Sports activities, the college has a full fledged indoor stadium with gym and facilities for outdoor games. Students are motivated to actively participate in state and national level meet.
