This Department was commissioned in the year 2020 to offer B.V.Sc & A.H. undergraduate courses in Animal Nutrition.

The following are the proposed objectives of the Department:

To impart undergraduate education to students
To undertake research activities on the local area specific issues and future needs of the livestock and poultry industry
To fine tune the technologies to suit the farmers and advise them in using the technologies

As per the MSVE 2016 regulations prescribed by VCI, the following course is being offered to the undergraduate students:

II Professional Year – B.V.Sc&A.H.
- Animal Nutrition (Paper I and II) – 3+1 credit hours
