EDUCATION CELL

The Education Cell is established in the year 2021 to look after the Co-ordination of academic programme. The cell works under the direct control of the Dean, Veterinary College and Research Institute, Udumalpet – 642 205.

Objectives

Implementing and Monitoring UG curriculum as per VCI regulations (MSVE (B.V.Sc. & A.H) regulations, 2016 and TANUVAS, B.V.Sc. & A.H., Regulations 2017)
Personality development of students for improving academic activities and for holistic development
Creating infrastructure and providing ambient learning atmosphere

Major activities

Co-ordinate Undergraduate programme and academic activities as per VCI regulations.
Conduct the stipulated examinations for Undergraduate programmes as per existing new VCI pattern and communicate the results to the University.
To monitor overall welfare of the students and other activities apart from their academic programme.
Providing inputs for improvement of veterinary curriculum.
Encourage and facilitate the students to participate in extracurricular activities.
Act as facilitator for getting financial assistance/ scholarship from Government and private agencies for undergraduate students.
