DEPARTMENT OF VETERINARY PATHOLOGY

The Department of Veterinary Pathology was established at Veterinary College and Research Institute, Theni in the year 2020 with the objective to offer quality education to B.V.Sc.& A.H. undergraduate students.

Objectives

To impart quality education to B.V.Sc.& A.H. students
To undertake research activities on livestock and poultry diseases
To create awareness on animal diseases for field veterinarians and farmers
To provide quality diagnostic services on livestock and poultry diseases

EDUCATION

As per the MSVE 2016 regulations prescribed by VCI, the following course is being offered to the undergraduate students

II Professional Year: Veterinary Pathology (Paper I and II) – 4+2 credit hours
