Infrastructure

All infrastructural facilities are available for U.G. Practicals as mentioned in VCI minimum requirements.

A. The following instruments are available for assessing drugs acting on C.N.S.

• Comparative and combined fly control effect of neem products with cyromazine in poultry (M.V.Sc.)
• Influence of toxin binders on the pharmacokinetics and bioavailability of enrofloxacin in broiler chicken (Ph.D.)
• Preparation and characterization of enrofloxacin nanoparticle and its pharmacokinetics in domestic emu (Dromaius navaehollandiae) (Ph.D.)

Current Focus

• Establishment and maintenance of Instructional herbal garden and utilization of herbs for PG research.
• Screening of plant extracts for antibacterial, hepatoprotective, immunomodulatory and anti-arthritic property.
• Offering Drug information and Toxicological Guidance to Veterinarians.
