NORMS FOR PRESENTATION

CONFERENCE PRESENTATIONS

KEY NOTE ADDRESS

  • Globally renowned speakers will address the common forum on selected conference themes.

LEAD PAPER

  • Organizing committee will identify speakers in each session under various identified themes.
  • Each presentation will be of 20 minutes of duration.

ORAL PRESENTATION

  • Selected submissions of quality will be provided opportunity for oral presentation.
  • Each presentation will be of 7 minutes including 2 minutes of discussion.

POSTER PRESENTATION

  • Majority of submissions will be a poster presentation. The poster will be displayed digitally. The specification will be as follows:
  • Font Size: Title- 86pt, Authors-50pt, Sub heading-36pt, Text-24 pt, Caption-18pt.
  • Topics: Title, Name, Address, Introduction, Materials and methods, Results & Discussions, Conclusion and References.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

  • Participants are requested to submit an extended abstract not exceeding 800 words without table / illustrations or references. The abstract shall have name of the theme, Title (Bold, Capital), Author name, Affiliation (italic), email ID, abstract, keywords (preferably 5).
  • Font Style: Times New Roman, Font Size: Title - 14 points, Authors – 12-point, Affiliation, Abstract, Keywords – 11 points (Spacing 1.5).
  • Abstract should include short introduction, objectives, materials and methods, Results, discussion, conclusion and references (maximum five) and illustration (maximum one, If essential).
  • Participants are requested to kindly send the soft copies of their abstracts by email to: biodiversity@tanuvas.org.in, before 15, June, 2024.
  • All the selected abstracts will be published in the conference proceedings.
  • No abstract shall be published without registration in the conference.
  • From the submitted abstracts the committee will select quality articles for publication in the special issue of the Journal.
